Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and his wife welcome Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japan Hayashi Yoshimasa and his wife to the Embassy

On June 6, 2025, at the headquarters of the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu and his wife warmly welcomed Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japan Hayashi Yoshimasa and his wife to the Embassy. Also attending were Senators Kaneko Yozo, Kobayashi Kazuhiro, Ochi Toshiyuki, Yoshii Akira and Representative Shimada Tomoaki. This is the first visit to the Embassy by the Chief Cabinet Secretary of Japan.

On this occasion, the two sides discussed measures to implement high-level agreements and results achieved during the first official visit to Vietnam by Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru (April 27-29, 2025), further strengthening Vietnam - Japan cooperation in various fields and contents of mutual interest.
